STNL is operated by Jonathan Tey, a Great Eastern Authorised Agent registered with LIAM (registration number PP06/00685393). We provide insurance advisory services on behalf of Great Eastern Life Assurance (Malaysia) Berhad.

This website is for informational purposes only. Browsing this site, contacting us via WhatsApp, or receiving a quotation does not constitute a binding insurance contract. An insurance contract is formed only when Great Eastern accepts your application and issues a policy document.

3. No Guaranteed Returns

Information about Investment-Linked Plans (ILPs) on this website is for general understanding only. Investment returns on ILPs are not guaranteed and depend on the performance of the underlying funds. Cash value may be less than the total premiums paid. You should read the Product Disclosure Sheet and policy document provided by Great Eastern before making any decision.

Any premium amounts, coverage figures, or pricing ranges shown on this website (including "from RM100/month" or "up to RM8 million") are indicative starting points only. Actual premiums and coverage depend on factors including age, health, gender, smoker status, occupation class, and the insurer's underwriting assessment.

5. Agent Status and Vicarious Liability

Under the Financial Services Act 2013, Jonathan Tey is a registered insurance agent acting on behalf of Great Eastern. Statements made or acts done by the agent in the course of agency business are deemed to be those of Great Eastern. We are not an insurance broker or financial adviser licensed by Bank Negara Malaysia; we are registered with LIAM and authorised by Great Eastern to distribute life insurance products.

6. No Rebates

Under the Financial Services Act 2013, insurance agents are not permitted to offer rebates on insurance premiums or other special concessions. Any pricing discussed will be the standard premium as determined by Great Eastern's underwriting.

7. No Named-Competitor Comparisons

Consistent with LIAM member codes, we do not make direct named-competitor comparisons in our advisory or marketing content. Any product comparisons discussed are based on neutral category framing and your specific needs.

8. Recruitment vs Policy Sale

This website is dedicated to policy-sale advisory. Any recruitment-related communication is conducted through separate channels. We do not mix recruitment messaging with policy-sale content on this website.

9. Third-Party Services
